Vox Power has introduced two new 300W output modules for the NEVO+600 and NEVO+1200 series of modular power supplies. These very high reliability output modules are ideal for industrial, Industry 4.0, machine building, robotics and ITE applications. Requiring two slots on the NEVO+ configurable chassis, the op2 and op3 modules provide field-configurable, manually adjustable output voltages from 4.5V to 15V at 25A and 9V to 30V at 15A, respectively.
These two new modules provide further support for new product design and current application development. Fully approved by industrial and medical safety agencies, the product line offers system designers unparalleled flexibility in applications where power density, size and weight are key factors.
Previous NEVO+600 units feature up to four isolated configurable power modules providing up to 600W of power, while the larger 1200W models feature up to eight power modules. With the introduction of the new output modules, the number of these two modules was reduced to two and four, respectively, enabling users to minimize cable and connection requirements and the number of components, simplifying construction, improving reliability, and reducing overall system costs in most applications.
The equipment has passed IEC/UL60950-1 2nd Ed, IEC/UL62368-1 2nd Ed, IEC61000, IEC55011 EMC safety certification, and has CE/UKCA mark. Medical approvals include IEC/UL60601-1 3rd Ed(Safety) and EMC IEC/UL60601-1-2 4th Ed(EMC immunity).
These very high reliability output modules (1FPMH at 40°C, 80% load), both modules provide excellent load, line and cross regulation, as well as overcurrent, voltage, temperature and short circuit protection.
