TTI, Inc. now stocks TE Connectivity's Intercontec M12 One Cable Technology (OTC) motor connectors. Robust and reliable small servo motor mounts are available for automation, robotics, packaging, food and beverage, and material handling applications. Because these M12 metal connectors provide IP66/77 protection when mated, they are rated for 500 mating cycles.
The new connectors have a maximum voltage rating of 630V (8-pole version) and they also cover digital transmission of 2- and 4-wire encoder protocols such as Hiperface DSL, EnDat 2.2, ACURO Link and SCS Open Link. The maximum rated current is 8A.

The Speedtec quick lock system saves installation costs and is backward compatible with standard screw lock connectors. It was created so that locking can only be achieved when the connectors are perfectly matched. The swivel-tilt housing allows easy adjustment of the cable exit orientation, even in the final installation position of the equipment in service. And the system provides 360-degree EMC shielding without cutting the braid to save termination time.
