Texas Instruments-High Performance Broadband PLL with Integrated VCO Generates Wide Frequency Range Without Internal Frequency Doubler (LMX2594)   & Nbsp; & nbsp; Texas Instruments' LMX2594 is a high performance wideband PLL with integrated VCO, which can generate any frequency from 10MHz to 15GHz without using an internal frequency doubler without the need for a subharmonic filter. The high-performance PLL quality factor of -236dBc / Hz and high phase detector frequency enable very low in-band noise and integrated jitter. The high-speed N divider is not pre-scaled, thus greatly reducing the amplitude and amount of spurs. There is also a programmable input multiplier that reduces the stimulus of integer edges. The device allows users to synchronize the output of multiple devices, as well as applications that require deterministic latency between input and output. The frequency ramp generator can synthesize up to two slopes in the automatic ramp option or the manual option for maximum flexibility. The fast calibration algorithm can make the frequency faster than 20μs. The device adds support for generating or repeating SYSREF (JESD204B-compliant), making it an ideal low-noise clock source for high-speed data converters. Fine delay adjustment (9PS resolution) resolves delay differences in board traces. The output driver in the device can provide up to 7dBm output power at a 15GHz carrier frequency. The device uses a single 3.3V power supply and an integrated LDO, and has no on-board low-noise LDO. & Nbsp; Welcome to visit & nbsp; http://www.heisener.com
