Texas Instruments MSPM0L134x and MSPM0L130x MCU are part of the MSP family of highly integrated, ultra-low power 32-bit MSPM0 MCU, which is based on the enhanced Arm Cortex-M0+ core platform and operates at frequencies up to 32MHz. These cost-optimized MCUS provide high-performance analog peripherals integration, support extended temperature ranges from -40°c to 125°c, and operate in power supply voltage ranges from 1.62V to 3.6V.

The device provides up to 64KB of embedded flash program memory and up to 4KB of SRAM. These MCUS contain a high-speed on-chip oscillator with an accuracy of up to ±1.2%, eliminating the need for external crystals. Further features include a three-channel DMA, 16-bit and 32-bit CRC accelerators, and a variety of high-performance analog peripherals such as a 12-bit 1.68-MSPS ADC with configurable internal reference voltage, a high-speed comparator with built-in reference DAC, two zero-drift zero-cross operational amplifiers with programmable gain, A general-purpose amplifier and an on-chip temperature sensor.

These devices also offer smart digital peripherals, such as four 16-bit universal timers, a window watchdog timer, and various communication peripherals, including two uart, one SPI and two i2c. These communication peripherals provide protocol support for LIN, IrDA, DALI, Manchester, Smart Card, SMBus, and PMBus.

The MSPM0 series of low power MCU includes varying degrees of analog and digital integrated devices, enabling customers to find the MCU that meets their project needs. The architecture and a wide range of low power modes have been optimized to extend battery life in portable measurement applications. mcu is supported by an extensive hardware and software ecosystem, with reference designs and code examples to start designing quickly. The development kit includes a boot board for purchase and a design document for the target socket board.

The company also offers a free MSP SDK, available as a component of the desktop and cloud versions of Code Composer Studio IDE in TI Explorer. MSPM0 mcu is also supported by comprehensive online collateral, training from the MSP Academy, and online support through an end-to-end support forum.
