The LTC2158-14 is a 2-channel simultaneous sampling 310Msps 14-bit a /D converter designed to digitize high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. The 1.25GHz input bandwidth allows the ADC to low-sample high frequencies with good performance. The delay is only 6 clock cycles. Dc specifications include ±1.2LSB INL(typical), ±0.35LSB DNL(typical) and no shortage of temperature codes. The transition noise is 2.11LSBRMS.

Typical application

            

The digital output is dual Data Rate (DDR) LVDS. ENC+ and ENC - inputs can be driven differently with sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or cmos inputs. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance in the full speed range of clock duty cycles. It is ideal for communication applications with high AC performance requirements, including a 68.8dB signal-to-noise ratio and 88dB stray free dynamic range (SFDR).
