TLC352ID device using LinCMOS manufacturing technology, is composed of two independent voltage comparator, each voltage comparator is designed to run from a single power supply. It is also possible to operate from a dual power supply if the difference between the two is 1.4V to 18V. Each device has an extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 1012 Ω), allowing direct connection to a high impedance source.

The output is an n-channel leak-open configuration and can be wired to achieve positive logic wiring and relationships. The TLC352's ability to operate from a 1.4v power supply makes the device ideal for low-voltage battery applications. The TLC352 has an internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and has been tested for 2000 v ESD rating according to MIL-STD-883C, Method 3015.
Test circuit
Care should be taken when handling this device, however, as exposure to ESD may result in degraded device parameter performance. The TLC352C features operating temperatures from 0°C to 70°C. The TLC352I features operating in the industrial temperature range of -40 °C to 85°C.
