Texas Instruments - Automotive high-accuracy voltage supervisor has integrated watchdog timer (TPS3852-Q1)

Texas Instruments TPS3852-Q1 is a precision voltage monitor with an integrated window watchdog timer. The device includes a precision undervoltage monitor with undervoltage threshold (VITN), which achieves 0.8% accuracy over a specified temperature range of –40C to + 125C. In addition, it has precise hysteresis, making the device ideal for systems with tight tolerances. Monitor RESET delay with 15% accuracy, high precision delay timer. The device includes a programmable window watchdog timer for various applications. A dedicated watchdog output (WDO) improves resolution to help determine the nature of the fault condition. The watchdog timeout can be programmed via external capacitors or factory-programmed default delay settings. During development, the watchdog can be disabled to avoid unnecessary watchdog timeouts. The device is available in a small 3mm x 3mm eight-pin VSON package. It has wettable sides for easy optical inspection.
