 Texas Instruments' 20V, 990mohm N-channel FemtoFET ​​MOSFETs are designed and optimized to minimize board area in many handheld and mobile applications. Ultra-low capacitance improves switching speed. When used in data line applications, low capacitance minimizes noise coupling. This technology can replace standard small-signal MOSFETs while significantly reducing footprint. It has been optimized for the right load switch applications, including universal switches, batteries, handheld and mobile devices.
