RFX Group, combining Laptech Precision, has released a new micro ceramic packaging crystal, which covers an area of only 2.05 mm x 1.65 mm and is only 0.45 mm high. The basic mode frequency from 12MHz to 96MHz is provided, and the typical production quantity lead time is only 3 to 4 weeks.
The new vacuum seal RFX-21 and four gasket design provide an operating temperature range of - 40C to 85C, an adjustment tolerance of ± 20ppm at 25 ℃ and a frequency stability reduction of ± 10ppm. The parallel capacitance C0 is 3pF max, and the drive level is between 0.01mW and 0.1mW.
Aging is limited to ± 3ppm per year, while ESR is the minimum value between 30 ohms and 180 ohms. According to the requirements of the latest generation asic and microprocessor, the load capacitance can be specified to 8pF or series. The new model fully complies with RoHS and REACH standards.
