RIGOL Technologies has extended its DP800 series linear benchtop DC power supply to new higher current models up to 20A. The new model offers a programmable linear power supply with high current, low ripple and high precision for a variety of industries and applications, including optical communication module testing, chip and IC testing, semiconductor testing and industrial ATE verification.
The new DP822/DP822A models feature two isolated outputs, 20V/5A and 5V/16A, with remote sensing and total power up to 180W. The new DP813/DP813A power supply provides one output, 8V/20A(low range), 20V/10A(high range), remote sensing and total power up to 200W
These new sources meet the growing trend for higher current applications in electricity, batteries and telecommunications equipment. In addition, the DP822/822A dual output power supplies meet the emerging technical requirements of higher rate optical module power testing.DP813A and DP822A models can be added to DP813 and DP822 models. It includes USB, RS-232, and Ethernet communications. High resolution, analytics, digital IO, and communication options are standard. It also includes USB, RS-232, and Ethernet communications.
"The DP800 power family is our most popular product. These new models enable us to provide a more complete solution for engineers who need to provide and analyze higher DC current levels in their latest designs." Chris Armstrong, director of product marketing for RIGOL USA. "These new power supplies complement a range of product lines recently extended to higher current applications, including our DL3000 series DC electronic loads, as well as the recent addition of current probes, The integrated power analysis kit is available on the RP1006C, PCA1030, PCA1150 and PCA2030 probes RIGOL UltraVision II oscilloscopes, which are used in conjunction with us."
