The EL7457 is a high-speed, non inverting, four CMOS driver. It can operate at a clock rate of up to 40MHz, with a peak drive capability of 2A and a nominal on resistance of only 3 Ω. The EL7457 is ideal for driving high capacity loads, such as storage and vertical clock in CCD applications. It is also suitable for ATE pin drive, level conversion and clock drive applications.
Standard test configuration
The EL7457 is capable of operating from a single or dual power source while using ground reference inputs. Each output can be switched to a high (VH) or low (VL) power supply pin, depending on the associated input pin. The input is compatible with 3V and 5V CMOS and TTL logic. The Output Enable (OE) pin can be used to place the output in a high impedance state. This is particularly useful in CCD applications where the driver should be disabled during a power outage.

The EL7457 also has very fast rise and fall times, matching within 1ns. The propagation delay between the rising and falling edges also matches within 2ns. The EL7457 has 16 pin QSOP, 16 pin SO (0.150 ") and 16 pin QFN packages. All specified operations are within the temperature range of - 40 ° C to+85 ° C
