The RT9011 is a dual-channel, low-noise, low-drop voltage regulator capable of 300mA per channel source. Offers fixed output voltage in the TSOT-23-6, WDFN 8L 2x2, WDFN 10L 3x3, WDFN 8L 3x3 and WDFN 6L 1.6x1.6 packages. The output voltage ranges from 1.2V to 3.6V and the input voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V.
Typical Application Circuit
The RT9011 provides 2% accuracy, extremely low step-down (240mV @ 300mA) and extremely low ground current, with only 27μA per LDO. Close current close to zero current, suitable for battery powered devices. Other functions include current limiting, overtemperature, and output short-circuit protection. RT9011 is short circuit hot retraction protection.
Function Block Diagram
When an output short-circuit occurs, the IC reduces its OTP trip point from 165°C to 110°C (VOUT < 0.4V) to provide maximum security for end users. The RT9011 can operate stably with very small ceramic output capacitors, reducing the required board space and component cost
