Lattice Semiconductor's MachXO3 Starter Kit is a complete development platform for MachXO3 FPGAs. The evaluation board includes a prototyping area, a USB program / power port, an LED array, switches, and headers that are electrically connected to programmable I / O, power, and configuration pins for most FPGAs. The evaluation board is powered by the PC's USB port or an optional external power supply. You can create or modify program files and reprogram the board using Lattice Diamond software.
