The iCE40 UltraLite family includes integrated blocks that interface with almost all mobile sensors and application processors. They also have two on-chip oscillators, 9.7kHz and 48MHz. LFOSC (9.7kHz) is ideal for low power functions in normally open applications, while HFOSC (48MHz) can be used for wake-up activities.
