Laird's CoolZorb 400 Hybrid Thermal / EMI Absorber-A hybrid absorber / thermal management material for EMI mitigation. The material is used in a manner similar to traditional thermal interface materials between ICs and heat sources such as heat sinks or other heat transfer equipment or metal racks. The company states that the CoolZorb 400 also suppresses unwanted energy coupling, resonance or surface currents, causing board-level EMI issues.
