The ADG419 is a monolithic CMOS SPDT switch. The switch is designed using an enhanced LC2 MOS process that provides low power consumption while providing high switching speed, low resistance and low leakage current. The on-off resistance of the ADG419 is very flat throughout the analog input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion.

The unit also has high switching speed and high signal bandwidth. CMOS architecture ensures ultra-low power consumption, making this part ideal for portable and battery-powered instruments. Each switch of the ADG419 conducts well in both directions when turned on and has an input signal range that extends to the power supply. In the off state, signal level until power supply is blocked. ADG419 shows the switching action of first breaking and then closing.
