BCL housing's T and HBT series of small multipurpose boxes with LIDS are ABS molded for maximum strength, yet can be easily used in a variety of applications. These high quality, professional-looking boxes come in three standard colours - black, white or light grey - as well as a wide range of other RAL colours and can be supplied on request. Boxes T1-26, HBT3 and HBT4 are matte, all three colors are matte, boxes T2, T3 and T4 are polished.
The T and HBT series are available in six different multi-function boxes: the T1-26 is 40mm x 28mm x 18mm with a nominal wall thickness of 1mm; HBT3 is 73.5mm x 51mm x 25.5mm, and the nominal wall thickness is 1.75mm. T2 dimensions 75mm x 56mm x 25mm, nominal wall thickness of 1.5mm; T3 is 75mm x 51mm x 27mm, with a nominal wall thickness of 1.5mm; T4 is 111mm x 57mm x 22mm, with a nominal wall thickness of 2mm; HBT4 measures 113mm x 59mm x 24mm and has a nominal wall thickness of 1.75mm.
Available in packs of 100 self tapping screws, size for each model, black passivated countersunk head normal screws for black boxes, or galvanized countersunk head normal screws for white boxes. Four countersunk tapping screws secure the lid.
The company's custom services include drilling or punching custom incisions to suit individual applications and screen printing, and most of its enclosures can also be molded from different materials if desired.
