Review Display Systems offers the new Tianma 6.5" TFT Display module. The P0650VGF1MA00 uses SFT technology to provide excellent optical performance, 4:3 classic aspect ratio, and VGA (640 x 480 pixels) resolution. The Pegasus P series displays are designed to provide reliable and consistent operation in challenging operating environments subjected to extreme temperature, vibration and mechanical shock.
Wide-angle performance, consistent color and brightness are key features of Tianma's SFT-enabled modules. Supports 85 degree wide viewing angles in all directions (up/down, left/right). White LED backlight has 100K hour half brightness life and offers 1200CD /m² brightness specification. A contrast ratio of 900:1 provides a bright, concise, unified display image.
Justin Coleman, manager of THE display division at RDS, said the "new 6.5" P series displays should be a hot item in Tianma's display portfolio. "The compact size, resolution and aspect ratio of the display combined with excellent optical properties provide a highly versatile display module that can be used in many different applications and environments."
The mechanical dimensions of the 6.5-inch display module are 154.0mm (W) x 121.0mm (h) x 7.1mm (d), and the active display area is 132.5mm (W) x 99.4mm (h). The module provides a single-channel 20-pin LVDS data interface that supports configurable 6 - or 8-bit RGB color data, enabling a palette of colors up to 262K or 16.7m colors.
TTFT has been developed to operate reliably under the stringent operating conditions encountered in many industrial, aerospace, Marine and medical applications, while still providing superior optical performance. Supports operation in harsh environments and assists in extending temperature range from -30 ° C to +80 ° C.
