The AH377 and AH378 diodes latch the IC. The versatile new product line can be used for a variety of applications, such as commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, linear encoders and position sensors in industrial, consumer, household appliances and personal care applications.
The device offers five high-tolerance sensitivity band options, ranging from a typical 25 to 140 Gauss, with open-drain or internal pull-up output options. To enhance system reliability, they operate from 3V to 28V over an extended temperature range of -40C to + 125C
These devices feature VDD and output Zener clamping, current limiting, and an ESD rating of 6kV. The open-drain output has pull-up flexibility, while the internal pull-up provides higher integration. All products are available in industry standards SOT23 and SIP-3, while some products are available in SC59 packages.
