Corso Limited announces three new rail AC/DC power supplies for industrial applications. Based on long-term experience and expertise in developing efficient power conversion solutions for demanding industrial applications and optimizing for highly automated manufacturing, Cosel's design team quickly developed a power supply, the WDA series. The WDA series is based on handling very limited high runner parts and, in addition to electrical performance, offers the best price/performance ratio on the market. The WDA series is available in three power levels of 30W, 60W and 90W for a variety of applications. WDA offers a 5-year warranty and meets industry standards.
With years of experience in developing flyback topologies DC/DC, AC/DC power supplies and highly automated manufacturing processes, the WDA series can deliver up to 90W of power and up to 90% efficiency, reducing energy consumption and power consumption. The three models WDA30F, WDA60F and WDA90F are designed for rail mounting, compatible with DIN EN60715TH 35 standard (35 x 7.5 mm or 35 x 15 mm), top hat rail.
Designed for international applications, the versatile WDA series features a wide input voltage range of 85-264VAC, and features overvoltage protection with latching and overcurrent protection with auto-recovery.the WDA30F offers four different output voltages: 5V, 12V, 24V, and 48V, with an output power of 30W and a typical efficiency of 88%. The WDA60F and WDA90F offer three output voltages, 12V, 24V, and 48V, respectively, with output powers of 60W and 90W, respectively, with typical efficiencies as high as 90%. All models have a potentiometer to fine tune the output voltage when installed. The output status is visually confirmed by a DC "OK" LED.
The WDA series is optimized for convection cooling, allowing it to operate in an ambient temperature range of minus 20°C to 70°C. Depending on the assembly method and ventilation used in the final device, derating may be possible as specified in the technical documentation. Designed for space-constrained rack applications, the WDA30F measures only 32 x 90 x 90 mm (1.26 x 3.54 x 3.54 inches) and weighs up to 200 grams, while the WDA60F measures 32 x 90 x 90 mm (1.26 x 3.54 in.) × 3.54 inches) and a maximum weight of 250 grams, the WDA90F measures 50 × 90 × 90 mm (1.97 × 3.54 × 3.54 inches) and has a maximum weight of 350 grams.
The WDA series all feature AC isolation voltages of 3000V input to output, 2000V input to ground, and 500V output to ground, and a leakage current of less than 0.75mA (AC input 240V).All three WDA products are compliant with UL62368-1, EN62368-1, C-UL (equivalent to CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.62368-1) safety requirements standards, and are also RoHS and Low Voltage Directive compliant with CE and UKCA logo. WDA30F, WDA60F and WDA90F have a wide range of applications, including measurement and analysis equipment, machine tools, industrial robots, display equipment and process control equipment.
