This series offers a choice of breakdown voltages from 6.8V to 550V. From 0V to the minimum breakdown voltage, the typical fast response time of unidirectional equipment is less than 1 picosecond, and the typical fast response time of bidirectional equipment is less than 5.0 picoseconds.
Typical applications include IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (minimum level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection.
