BYD Semiconductor announced the launch of an industrial-grade global shutter CMOS image sensor chip - BF3031. BF3031 is a 1/3-inch 500,000-pixel image sensor chip developed and produced by BYD Semiconductor using Global shutter technology. It supports parallel and MIPI digital output interfaces. The effective pixel array is 838×640, and the maximum frame rate is 120fps@full.
