The vertically mounted FS1015 and surface-mounted FS3000 provide accurate airflow monitoring for detecting system failures in HVAC systems, data centers, analyzing gas monitoring systems and air quality systems, measuring air handling, controlling fan speeds, and more.
Solid thermal isolation of EMS sensing elements combined with silicon carbide film provides superior wear resistance and long-term reliability. These sensors employ a range of MEMS thermocouples to generate highly sensitive air monitoring. Two sensors measure direct local air at speeds of up to 15m per second, enabling system controls to be adjusted quickly, providing closed-loop control while providing maximum efficiency and cost savings.
The FS3000 module comes in an 8mm x 9.1mm x 4.4mm surface-mounted package, ideal for low-profile applications. FS1015 comes in 28.2mm x 14.2mm x 7.3mm packaging with vertical mounting leads and screw mounted side cards
